Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Methods


Logistics Partners:

  • Home Delivery: Hsinchu Logistics, Black Cat (Available for Taiwan Mainland only)

  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart (Available for Taiwan Mainland and outlying islands' convenience store locations)


Delivery Time/Areas:

i. Home Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 days

  • Available Areas: Taiwan Mainland

ii. Convenience Store Pickup

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 days

  • Available Areas: Taiwan Mainland

iii. Mail Delivery (Outlying Islands)

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 days

2. Shipping Details


Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding the day of the order).
Shipping is done Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with no deliveries on holidays.
In case of high order volume during holidays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), there may be shipping delays.


  • If you select [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery time will depend on the route assigned by the delivery driver.

  • If you select [Convenience Store Pickup]: Please watch for the delivery notification SMS and pick up the item within 3 days after it arrives at the store. If you fail to pick up the item without reason, and additional shipping fees are incurred, the customer will bear the cost.
